Regatta Yachts, Inc (Swiss corporation, based in the USA) and Mayger Consulting announced about mutual consortium project of yacht and ship builders, contractors and suppliers working together for construction of new small-displacement vessels of steel, aluminium and glass fibre using skilled experts and shipbuilding facilities in Ukraine.
Within cooperation, both sides will be engaged in the structured consortium development, consulting support, providing management & financial framework for business operations, as well as production planning for individual projects.
Regatta Yachts, Inc provides design and construction consulting services in the framework of international yacht building industry. These services extend from architecture, production planning, marine business strategy to financial planning, management oversight, engineering and procurement, interior design, marketing & promotion of projects and vessels.
