Changes in the government decree № 1099 “On approval of changes in the process of privatization of public enterprises and rental based on a mixed form of ownership, joint-stock companies” by September 11, 1996 were made at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in June 27, 2012. Corrections provide an opportunity to carry out this process by the same rules.
In addition, this resolution makes it possible to resolve controversy between the laws of Ukraine, to regulate the questions about the interaction of state bodies of privatization with the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market, the joint stock companies, the legislative acts of Ukraine and the state registrar.
